絕緣電氣強度擊穿電壓試驗儀結(jié)構(gòu)原理及性能特點:
1、主要由升壓系統(tǒng)、測量系統(tǒng)、A/D轉(zhuǎn)換器、放電系統(tǒng)、電極、油箱、電極定位架、計算機數(shù)據(jù)處理系統(tǒng)、軟件等組成;
2、計算機---A/D轉(zhuǎn)換器---測量控制系統(tǒng)---調(diào)壓裝置---升壓變壓器---試樣;
3、高壓變壓器主要產(chǎn)生試樣所需的直流電壓;
4、調(diào)壓器用于調(diào)節(jié)升壓變壓器輸入端電壓以產(chǎn)生高壓所需的輸入電壓;
5、電壓測量主要是從高壓變壓器測量端測量,高壓變壓器測量端和高壓端是線性的;
6、放電系統(tǒng)在試驗做完以后放電,以免產(chǎn)生放電對人身的危害;(當試驗結(jié)束后,機器部件仍可能存在殘留的高電壓,此殘留電壓足以對人產(chǎn)生致命的傷害,配備此棒,完好的解決此安全隱患)。
