物化性質(zhì)
無(wú)色至白色結(jié)晶性粉末，無(wú)臭。有甜味，甜度約為蔗糖的70%。溶于水，微溶于乙醇，不溶于。具有旋光性。外消旋型（dl-）氨基丙酸Melting_point295℃（分解），200℃時(shí)升華。左旋（l-）-2-氨基丙酸Melting_point3%Mtsb肉湯NaC1297℃（分解）；右旋（d-）體Melting_point295℃（分解）。左旋（l-）體的氫氯化物為棱形結(jié)晶體，Melting_point204℃（分解）；左旋（l-）體的N-乙酰基物結(jié)晶體Melting_point116℃；其N-苯基物結(jié)晶體Melting_point152-154℃。
