1、 電刷： 應(yīng)根據(jù)移動(dòng)用電設(shè)備使用情況每1—3個(gè)月檢查一次。重點(diǎn)檢查集電器電刷的磨損情況，若磨損量≥5mm時(shí)，必須更換。檢查時(shí)若發(fā)現(xiàn)電刷松動(dòng)或發(fā)生磨損偏斜時(shí)，應(yīng)查明原因，及時(shí)處理。

4、 日常檢查：重點(diǎn)檢查軌道的平直度有無明顯偏差（大于20mm）、錯(cuò)位，絕緣保護(hù)件有無脫落、斷裂、破損，不銹鋼“v"型槽有無翹起；軌道上有無異物及導(dǎo)電粉塵等。必要時(shí)應(yīng)檢測(cè)其絕緣電阻是否符合要求（相間絕緣電阻應(yīng)≥5MΩ）。 特別對(duì)行車軌道重合度、軌距、傾斜度等偏差較大，使用頻繁、車間粉塵過大、溫度較高及有水、酸、堿、霧和室外使用的環(huán)境，必須加強(qiáng)日常檢查與維護(hù)。
