B型電火花真空檢測(cè)器
一、電火花真空檢測(cè)儀概述
本產(chǎn)品利用高頻電火花檢測(cè)各種器件真空程度，具有安全可靠,使用方便的特點(diǎn),是電子管、陰極射線管、氣體激光管、各種燈泡等玻璃抽氣產(chǎn)品檢測(cè)真空程度的必須儀器。
二、電火花真空檢測(cè)儀主要性能

三、電火花真空檢測(cè)儀工作原理
接通電源后由L1與CD產(chǎn)生振鈴，在CD的觸點(diǎn)之間發(fā)生電火花現(xiàn)象，激勵(lì)C及L2組成的回路串聯(lián)諧振，經(jīng)L3感應(yīng)產(chǎn)生高頻電壓，然后由放電簧F放出高頻電火花，即可使用。
四、電火花真空檢測(cè)儀調(diào)整及使用
先把放電簧插頭插入前面插座，然后將電源插頭插入220V/50HZ交流電源，接通開關(guān)，此時(shí)在放電簧端應(yīng)看到紫色火花。將放電簧移近任何金屬物體時(shí)，應(yīng)產(chǎn)生不少于三條火花線，長(zhǎng)度不短于20MM。如無火花產(chǎn)生或火花線甚少，或長(zhǎng)度甚短，則可調(diào)節(jié)檢測(cè)器后面的旋鈕，便產(chǎn)生火花，并調(diào)節(jié)火花至zui多zui長(zhǎng)為止。
火花正常后，便可對(duì)電子管或其他玻璃真空容器檢測(cè)其真空程度。
將放電簧對(duì)準(zhǔn)被測(cè)器件，如其真空度相當(dāng)高時(shí)，則紫色火花局限在玻璃壁外。若真空度不高或非真空時(shí)，放電簧端的高頻電火花（高壓）引起容器內(nèi)氣體電離，并產(chǎn)生輝光。
五、電火花真空檢測(cè)儀注意事項(xiàng)
1.本產(chǎn)品供間歇使用（即時(shí)開關(guān)）如需連續(xù)使用（即長(zhǎng)時(shí)間開著），應(yīng)需注意，勿使溫升超過120℃，以免燒毀線圈。
2.使用時(shí)，人體不能靠近或接觸高壓線圈圓錐形部分，否則有強(qiáng)烈火花電弧躍出會(huì)將線圈燒壞。
3.在測(cè)玻璃器件時(shí)，必須來回移動(dòng)不要停留，若時(shí)間超過五秒鐘以上，電火花易將玻璃擊穿。
4.在檢測(cè)器使用一段時(shí)間后，接觸部分可能會(huì)燒濁，可用砂布砂光后繼續(xù)使用。
5.平時(shí)不用時(shí)應(yīng)將調(diào)節(jié)旋鈕旋出（即逆時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)），使用時(shí)把旋鈕緩緩旋入（順時(shí)針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)），但應(yīng)防止接觸頭短路，將震動(dòng)線圈燒壞。萬一發(fā)生接觸頭短路，（或其他故障）時(shí)將內(nèi)部拆卸出來檢修。
