1. 試劑盒保存：-20℃(較長時間不用時)；2-8℃(頻繁使用時)。
2. 濃洗滌液低溫保存會有鹽析出，稀釋時可在水浴中加溫助溶。
3. 中、英文說明書可能會有不*之處，請以英文說明書為準(zhǔn)。
4. 剛開啟的酶聯(lián)板孔中可能會含有少許水樣物質(zhì)，此為正?，F(xiàn)象，不會對實驗結(jié)果造成任何影響。
5. 所有的樣品都應(yīng)管理好，按照規(guī)定的程序處理樣品和檢測裝置。

 ELISA法是免疫診斷中的一項新技術(shù)，現(xiàn)已成功地應(yīng)用于多種病原微生物所引起的傳染病、寄生蟲病及非傳染病等方面的免疫診斷。也已應(yīng)用于大分子抗原和小分子抗原的定量測定，根據(jù)已經(jīng)使用的結(jié)果，認為ELISA法具有靈敏、特異、簡單、快速、穩(wěn)定及易于自動化操作等特點。不僅適用于臨床標(biāo)本的檢查，而且由于一天之內(nèi)可以檢查幾百甚*千份標(biāo)本,因此，也適合于血清流行病學(xué)調(diào)查。本法不僅可以用來測定抗體，而且也可用于測定體液中的循環(huán)抗原，所以也是一種早期診斷的良好方法。因此ELISA法在生物醫(yī)學(xué)各領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用范圍日益擴大，可概括四個方面： 1、免疫酶染色各種細胞內(nèi)成份的定位。 2、研究抗酶抗體的合成。 3、顯現(xiàn)微量的免疫沉淀反應(yīng)。 4、定量檢測體液中抗原或抗體成份。
