超聲波清洗機(jī)頻率從28 kHz 到 120kHz 之間，在使用水或水清洗劑時(shí)由空穴作用引起的物理清洗力顯然對(duì)低頻有利，一般使用 28-40kHz 左右。對(duì)小間隙、狹縫、深孔的零件清洗，用高頻(一般 40kHz 以上)較好，甚至幾百 kHz 。對(duì)鐘表零件清洗時(shí)，用 100kHz 。若用寬帶調(diào)頻清洗，效果更良好。

四、清洗液溫度：

水清洗液宜的清洗溫度為 40-6 ，尤其在天冷時(shí)若清洗液溫度低空化效應(yīng)差，清洗效果也差。因此有部分清洗機(jī)在清洗缸外邊繞上加熱電熱絲進(jìn)行溫度控制，當(dāng)溫度升高后空化易發(fā)生，所以清洗效果較好。當(dāng)溫度繼續(xù)升高以后，空泡內(nèi)氣體壓力增加，引起沖擊聲壓下降，效果也會(huì)減弱。 有機(jī)溶劑清洗液則要接近于沸點(diǎn)的溫度來(lái)清洗。
