刮板式薄膜蒸發(fā)器是利用高速旋轉(zhuǎn)將液體分布成均勻薄膜而進(jìn)行蒸發(fā)或蒸餾的一種高效蒸發(fā)、蒸餾設(shè)備，也可進(jìn)行脫臭、脫泡反應(yīng)及加熱、冷卻等單元操作．可廣泛適用于中．西制藥、食品．輕工、石油、化工、環(huán)保等行業(yè)。
性能與特點(diǎn)：
1、傳熱系數(shù)值高、蒸發(fā)能力大，蒸發(fā)強(qiáng)度可達(dá)到200kg/m2/h,熱效率高。
2、物料加熱時(shí)間短．約5秒至10秒之間，且在真空條件下工作，對(duì)熱敏性物料更為有利，保持各種成份不產(chǎn)生任何分解，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。
3、適應(yīng)粘度變化范圍廣．高低粘度物料均可以處理．物料粘度可高達(dá)10萬(wàn)cP
4、改變刮板溝槽旋轉(zhuǎn)方向，可以調(diào)節(jié)物料在蒸發(fā)器的蒸發(fā)時(shí)間。
5、蒸發(fā)段筒體內(nèi)壁經(jīng)過(guò)精密鏜削并拋光處理，表面不易產(chǎn)生結(jié)焦、結(jié)垢。

Performance and features：
1.the heat transfer coefficient is high，large evaporation capacity，evaporation intensity can reach 200kg／m2／h，high thermal efficiency.
2.material heating time is short between about 5-10 seconds,ａnd work under vacuum conditions，more favorable for heat-sensitive materials，maintaining a variety of ingredients does not produce any decomposition，to ensure product quality.
