一、產(chǎn)品概述
NCB型內(nèi)嚙齒輪泵是采用齒輪內(nèi)嚙合原理，內(nèi)外齒輪節(jié)圓緊靠一邊，另一邊被泵蓋上“月牙板"隔開(kāi)。主軸上的主動(dòng)內(nèi)齒輪帶動(dòng)其中外齒輪同向轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，在進(jìn)口外輪齒相互分離形成負(fù)壓而吸收人液體，輪齒在出口處不斷嵌入嚙合而將液體擠壓輸出。由于這種的結(jié)構(gòu)，所以特別適用于輸送粘度大的介質(zhì)，粘度范圍為0.2-100000cp；
本系列泵可反向輸送，只要更換電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)向即可；
該泵泵體可轉(zhuǎn)向，進(jìn)出口位置成直角，便于選配進(jìn)出口位置；
NCB-BW泵在泵體、端蓋、軸承座間都有連接方便的保溫或冷卻介質(zhì)的進(jìn)出接口。
該泵具有：無(wú)困油現(xiàn)象、輸出平穩(wěn)、效率高、噪音小、使用壽命長(zhǎng)優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
