產品用途Purpose:

通過從不一同的高度的不同的重錘和不同的受力面積測試電池的安全性能，按規(guī)定進行試驗，電池應不起火，不爆炸。

Through different height,different weight of impact hammer,ａnd different force bearing area, test on battery, the safety property is testified only if there is no fire or explosion in test.

產品特點Product Feature

◆雙軌形式，解決了因突然斷電沖擊錘自由落下，無論沖擊錘在哪個位置，斷電不落下，起到安全保護作用;

沖擊錘樣式的改變，安裝及卸下均比較方便，精度比較高，解決了二次沖擊所帶來的試驗誤差;

◆電線外套均套有金屬防火管，有效阻止電池試驗過程著火而燃燒的現(xiàn)象;

裝照明燈管，在外面可清楚看清工作室內情況;

高度為數顯方式，25~1000mm可隨意調節(jié);

裝測試孔及補風口，補風口+排氣扇會更有效將試驗廢氣及氣壓迅速排除;測試孔提供試驗者如想探測試驗空間里的溫度或氣壓而設計;

控制部分與試驗箱采用分離形式，可在1~2米處操作，大大減少噪音，而且起到一定的安全措施，因做沖擊試驗時，瞬間所產生的聲音很大且速度很快，以往的控制方式會讓試驗者覺得刺耳，且容易受到驚嚇，試驗對耳朵造成一定的影響。
