三、結(jié)構(gòu)：

由拌筒、加料和卸料機(jī)構(gòu)、傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)、機(jī)架和支承裝置組成。

砂漿攪拌機(jī)通過軸與傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)連接的動(dòng)力機(jī)構(gòu)帶動(dòng)的滾筒，在滾筒筒體上裝圍繞滾筒筒體設(shè)置的齒圈，傳動(dòng)軸上設(shè)置與齒圈嚙合的齒輪，來實(shí)現(xiàn)攪拌工作。砂漿攪拌機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、合理，采用齒輪、齒圈嚙合后，可有效克服雨霧天氣時(shí)，托輪和攪拌機(jī)滾筒之間的打滑現(xiàn)象；采用的傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)可進(jìn)一步保證消除托輪和攪拌機(jī)滾筒之間的打滑現(xiàn)象

Structure of horizontal mortar mixer

It consists of a mixing drum, a feeding and discharging mechanism, a transmission mechanism, a frame and a supporting device.
