Tube-Welder 1用于連接生物制藥工藝中使用的一次性袋上的熱塑管，例如C-flex®、Advantaflex®、FluiSoft®、Sanipuret™和Pharmed®?？稍诜菬o菌環(huán)境中連接單個袋子或袋子組件，并保持產(chǎn)品的無菌性。
The Tube-Welder I is used to connect thermoplastic tubing such as C-Flex®, Advantaflex®. FluiSoft®. SaniPure™ and PharMed®, on disposable bag assemblies used in biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes. Individual bags or bag assemblies can be connected in a non sterile environment by maintaining sterility of the product.

工作原理Operating Principle
將管夾、刀片和管子裝入Tube-Welder I，焊接過程自動化。刀片經(jīng)加熱去熱原（≥400℃）后冷卻至焊接溫度。在整個焊接過程中通過紅外溫度傳感器監(jiān)控刀片溫度。當(dāng)?shù)镀瑴囟冗_(dá)到焊接溫度時，刀片切割熱塑管，熱塑管被連接起形成所需的流體管路。
After the holders, blade and tubes are placed on the right position of the Tube-Welder I, the following welding process is fully automated. The blade is heated up(≥400℃)
for depyrogenation, then cooled down to the welding temperature. An infrared sensor monitors and controls the blade temperature during the entire welding process. When the blade reaches the welding temperature, the blade cuts the tubes and the new fluid path is welded together.

一臺機(jī)器，可用于熱密封外徑1/4"-1"、壁厚1/16"-1/8"的熱塑管?？蓪崿F(xiàn)帶液密封，這使其非常適于與一次性袋配合使用。
One machine can be adapted to seal tube with outer diameter from 1/4"to 1"or with wall-thickness from 1/16"to 1/8".It also can be used to seal tube with liquid which makes it ideal for the implementation of Single Use Bag Technology.

一鍵選擇管徑、一鍵熱封、一鍵開蓋，操作便捷。
Easy to operate:One-button to select tube size，one-button to start sealing，ａnd one-button to open the cover.

熱封時間短 Short sealing cycles
對于不同管徑和品牌的熱塑管，平均熱密封時間在1.5-4.5分鐘。
Depending on the tubing size and brand，the average sealing cycle times are between1.5to 4.5minutes.
