該機(jī)是我司的產(chǎn)品，集灌裝和旋蓋于一體，占地面積小，智能高效，市場空白，廣泛適用于各類膏體、醬料（玻璃瓶馬口鐵蓋包裝）自動(dòng)定量灌裝和三（四）旋馬口鐵蓋自動(dòng)旋蓋。

This machine is our original new high-tech product. It integrates filling and capping in one machine. it is smart and efficient as it covers small footprint, filled up the market gap and widely used in all kinds of pastes and sauces (glass bottle tinplate lid packing ) Automatic quantitative filling and capping.

3.主要性能特點(diǎn)：

l該機(jī)集自動(dòng)定量灌裝和旋蓋于一體，占地面積小，自動(dòng)化程度高，操作簡單，維護(hù)方便；

This machine integrates automatic quantitative filling and capping, and it covers a small footprint, has high degree of automation, simple to operate and easy to maintain；

l該機(jī)采用PLC配合人機(jī)界面（觸摸屏）控制，主要電器和氣動(dòng)元件采用國內(nèi)外品牌，確保性能穩(wěn)定，可靠，耐用；

l本機(jī)采用吸蓋上蓋，倒旋認(rèn)口預(yù)旋，確保上蓋準(zhǔn)確，旋蓋合格率高；
